Payment

Methods of Payment

Payment is required prior to an approved License for facility access being issued, and no less than 10 business days prior to the first date of rental. 

Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Exact Cash, or Cheque. 

Cheque payments can be made payable to "School District #36" and should include reference to the permit number. 


Monthly Payment Plans 

Monthly payment plans may be requested where there is a combined balance of $1,000 or higher for the year. To request a monthly payment plan contact rentals@surreyschools.ca

Refunds

In circumstances where a refund is applicable, refunds will be processed once per month and made back to the original method of payment. 

Credit Cards - allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. If the refund does not appear within that period, contact your financial institution for more information. 

Debit, Exact Cash, Debit, Visa Debit and Cheque - cheque refunds will be issued to the name listed on the account. If the License is booked under an organization's name, the cheque will be refunded to the organization. Cheque refunds have a 6-8 week processing time from the date posted on the online booking system. 

Monthly Payments - will not receive a refund until the end of the school year should there be a credit remaining in June.
